 People always thought Jay owned or part owned max Muscle Venice. Now it's real as Jay becomes officially a part owner and gives his name to the store.

Recently Hulk Hgan and his son Nick were in Venice at Gold's "The Mecca" training. Jay was also in town so Hulk was glad to meet the Champ and take a quick picture in between their sets. Pretty cool!
